I just have to give a little shout out to my oldest son… well, technically step-son if you want to be real… but I raised him! Justin has turned out to be one of the most wonderful young men I know! He is the kind of son that makes every MOTHER proud! I am writing this so that I will never forget how proud and happy I am for him today!
Justin is a senior in high school this year, and he just bought his first car! He has had the money sitting in his account for MONTHS, and he just couldn’t pull the plug! But yesterday he did it! He went to his bank, pulled out 52 One Hundred Dollar Bills, and bought himself a 2000 Honda Accord. He did this all on his own! I am so proud and happy for him! Nice car… leather interior, wood grain detail, NO CAR PAYMENT!!! Wow! So happy for him!
Scott took him to get his tags and insurance this morning and Justin pulled out of the driveway in his car to make it to school in time for lunch!
So here ya go Justin! May God watch over you (and everyone else) while you are out on the road! I thank God that you are stronger than most young men your age, and that I do not have to worry about where you are and who you are with! Just make sure you are still home by 10:00 unless I get a phone call! LOL! I love you, and I am blessed to have been able to raise you! I like to think I may have had a tiny bit to do with how wonderful you have become! But I know that it is God that had the most influence in your life!
Wishing I had this kind of cash lying around!!

The keys to FREEDOM!

LOOK MOM! My shirt matches my car! It is fate!

I fit nice and comfortably and I’m happy I do not have to drive your car with the pink flowers hanging from the mirror ANY LONGER!

Showing my pride for Arkansas! Woo Pig Sooie! (Although Wendy is from Louisiana and prefers LSU!!!)

I’m outta here! I’ll see you guys when I get hungry or need a shower!
