DIY Wedding | Ginny and Troy

I am always impressed when a couple can pull off a wedding on their own, without the help of wedding vendors. It is not easy… at least not if you want to have stunning details and for things to transition smoothly. But for Ginny and Troy… THEY PULLED IT OFF! Every single detail of this wedding was handled by the bride, her family, and her friends. The flower arrangements were amazing with the wooden spirals, and the natural colors. The cake was delicious and cute as a button! There were beads everywhere that complimented every detail around it.

All of the flower arrangements and center pieces were made by the bride and her friends. They did a fantabulous job!

Ginny opted to do her bridal session back in June because she wanted to show everyone at her wedding. You can see more from her

. We had tons of fun in her Alfred Angelo gown!

The wedding cake and the groom’s cake were made by a friend of the bride by the name of Diana Hood.
And I have to say I was rather impressed!

The tiny brown boxes filled with candy and wrapped in a lime green bow were sent home with each guest. And I especially loved the Hershey Kiss stickers that were placed on the kisses. It was a perfect touch. The tiniest details do make all the difference.

The green and brown jewelry was hand made by the bride as a gift to her bridesmaids.

The groom and the rest of the guys were a hoot! And seeing the groom with his best man and with his boys was touching.

Congratulations Ginny and Troy! You two are perfect together. I can’t begin to tell you how much I enjoyed being a part of your wedding day. I hope you guys are having fun on the beach! Don’t drink too many margaritas!

Hey Wendy, you did a great job on the wedding photo’s. If I were to ever get married, I will be calling on you. Don’t hold your breath on the “getting married” part. Don’t see it happening. Outstanding job on Troy’s wedding.

HAHA! Thanks John! I think I have you to thank, right? Thanks for recommending me to them. I just love Ginny to death, and am happy to have made a new friend! I looked over at you while you were standing up with Troy as Ginny was walking down the aisle. I love to watch how other people react to key moments. I think you will get married again… one day! You still have a lot of love left in you. You are a sweet sweet man!
