I am a Nashville Wedding Photographer, so I am always searching for wedding related items that I can gift to my clients. I was recently introduced to a local girl who makes the cutest custom cookies and I decided to have some designed for a couple of my brides, and I wanted to share them because I truly think they could also make the CUTEST wedding favors for any wedding. That thought was confirmed when one of my brides actually emailed me to find out where I got them from, because she and her fiance’ thought the same thing.
Check these out! Aren’t they the cutest thing ever?
As you can see I was able to have every single one of these cookies customized. For one bride I had her and her fiance’s name and wedding date printed on a couple of the cookies. I also happen to have a photo of their ceremony location at the Lion’s Head Fountain in the Opryland Hotel that I was able to have printed onto another cookie. I have to admit… I squealed with excitement at the thought of having one of MY images printed on a cookie. For another bride I had a couple of wedding doves, a ring, and a heart shaped bridal gown and tuxedo cookies made. And of course both brides received a camera shaped cookie with my logo printed on them.
When I picked up these cookies from the baker, she already had them all individually wrapped and tied with pink ribbon, which is what I asked for since I use pink in my branding. But the challenge for me was to find a way to deliver these cookies without them getting broken during shipping. So after spending several hours shopping at Target, Hobby Lobby, and Michael’s, I finally decided on a photo box filled with pink strips of paper.
This kind of makes me wish I were a bride getting married and receiving a surprise gift from my photographer. How cool is it to receive a photo box full of cookies from your photographer? Yes I am patting myself on the back here because these cookies were so super cute! But the person who truly deserves a pat on the back is Beth Parsons of Decorated Desserts! She did an amazing job with these! Not only were they super cute, but they were super yummy!
I shared these with you because I love the idea of a bride and groom having these made as wedding favors for their clients! Beth even suggested that it would be super cute for my brides to have their engagement pictures printed on them. EEEEEEEKKKKK! Again this idea excites me! Why is that?![]()
