Sidney and Peyton are sisters and they wanted to have their pictures taken in Smyrna. But they wanted to do something fun with their photos. They did not want to stand in front of the camera and pose with a smile. Instead they opted for a Candyland inspired portrait session with lots of vintage details, and even more bright, colorful, and tasty candy. And Sidney really wanted to do something fun with her little sister who is about to turn five years old in a couple of weeks! So a Vintage Candyland Picnic was created, and I can’t tell you how much fun they had… especially once they got the go ahead to dig in to all the candy! This, by the way, is a great time to mention that cotton candy does not hold up very well in the Tennessee humidity!![]()

Peyton absolutely LOVED picking up the vintage cameras and acting like she was shooting details of their little Candyland Picnic! This just sort of melted my heart and made me happy!.jpg)

Lots of colorful details!
And my very own aspiring photographer!
I love these smiles!
