Katelyn and Ryan were married in Gallatin, TN at the beautiful historical Elmwood Mansion. And I was honored enough to be their wedding photographer! Every single detail about this fall wedding was perfect… the details, the weather, the dress, and the bride and groom! Everything was beautiful!
The day began with getting beautiful in the master suite for the girls!

And the guys finished up with their jackets outside, in anticipation for the first time that Ryan was going to see Katelyn on their wedding day.
The house had several sets of staircases that we could have used for gorgeous pictures, and we chose one of them for their first look. It was so sweet. As Ryan turned around to see Katelyn, I believe his words were, “OH WOW!”
Every detail about this wedding was perfect! The vintage elements made my heart pitter patter!
I love it when a bride will have fun in front of my camera! Katelyn is stunning! And I do believe I heard several people state more than once that both Ryan and Katelyn look like hired models! I AGREE!
Katelyn and Ryan had a super cute idea for their guest book. They setup a photo booth area where guests were to grab a prop as they arrived, and their picture was taken with a polaroid. The guests would then attach their polaroid to a book and sign underneath! GENIUS!
I can’t say enough about how absolutely gorgeous their wedding day was. There was a chance of rain but I’m pretty sure that everyone prayed that away. The sky was clear, blue, and gorgeous which definitely helped make my job a little easier.

And I have to give a HUGE shout out to the fabulously talented Emily Drake for being my second shooter at this wedding! Several of these shots also came from her camera, and I squealed with happiness when I was sorting through her images to put together Katelyn and Ryan’s gallery!
