My name is Wendy Cunningham and I live in Rutherford County, Tennessee with my husband Scott and our children. I majored in Business Education at Middle Tennessee State University but I realized right before my student teaching semester that I did not want to teach high school. I have always had a passion for photography, and I knew without a shadow of a doubt that becoming a professional photographer was my dream. And after a business, economics, and entrepreneur background in college… I chased that dream with the encouragement and support of the most amazing husband ever.
Photography is not my only passion! Aside from being involved in Great Dane Rescue, I also home school my three children Tyler (16), Sidney (13), and Peyton (5). I have not always home schooled them. I never thought I was cut out to be that kind of mother. With one child being extremely gifted, I was always afraid that I would “mess him up.” But this past year was our second year of home schooling for Sidney, and our first year for Tyler. Peyton will begin Kindergarten later this year and I am excited to start home schooling her from the beginning. I guess the education portion of my major is coming in handy after all!
A few random things about me:

Sunsets always make me feel like I am standing in God’s presence.
